We are hiring interns willing to tie professional career with SRE/DevOps.

For more than 10 years many companies and well-known brands rely on Nixys to ensure reliable 24×7 operation of their server infrastructures, online applications and business-critical systems as well as equip their product development teams with the best DevOps practices, CI/CD processes and tools.

Currently we provide our infrastructure support and DevOps-as-a-Service services to 300+ companies including banks, airlines, insurance, telecom, media, e-commerce, startups  and SaaS and help their development teams get rid of infrastructure hassle and focus on building great products. And we are growing and need to strengthen our team. We are looking to take on board young talented professionals who desire to follow a path of a samurai — from Junior to Senior DevOps Engineer.

What will you do?

• At the beginning of your journey (and afterwards) you will explore, study, try and put into practice best time-proven as well as latest technologies used to build highload and high availability systems – Ansible, Docker, Ceph, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes and others.
• You will be part of our SRE team that is responsible for stable and optimal performance of development & production servers and environments of our customers. Many times you will be challenged with non-trivial tasks that require deep thinking, understanding of how each technology works, brainstorming with the teammates, and those final “aha” moments when you realize that you have just learnt something new.
• As you grow, less experienced colleagues will start coming to you for advice. Teamwork is an essential part of what we do.
• We host internal meetups where we share what we’ve learned and we participate in the most interesting and landmark SRE & DevOps conferences in our field. You can participate as a listener or as a speaker.
• Over time you will get all the knowledge, skills and experience needed to become a successful SRE/DevOps engineer!
